Well I did not see 20 answers but there were a few and the point of course was to bring out some truths and not go mad about thinking there is some miracle cure. Lots of things help us stay alive and healthy. The reason we have existed so long is the very fact we have eaten and used natural items that all contain some elements working together with all others to keep us healthy and living well. It is when we decided as a people that scientists and corporations can do what they want with human life for profits, we buy it, we accept it... the consequences are what we have today... lots of disease.

So eat your vegetables and fruits, yes that includes bananas.
