Just to reaffirm to new users -

Many of those forums will damage late stage AF'ers.

Always look at previous posts by users by clicking their username, or their anonymous 'numbers' (thats always a big alert in itself, no need to post anonymously if you are a genuine person) and look up the story and their involvement in forum discussion (and to also check that they had Adrenal Fatigue in the first place, lots of trolls unfortunately bating innocent folk, its a shame)

and always use the search engine on the Adrenal Fatigue forum. For example, type in Liver Flush to the AF search only, and youll be hit with all the stories of those that have been damaged by such an act. Many of us are still around if you need to chat further.
