IN the research ive done fruits are not a problem unless you have a high fat diet ...youtube dr graham candida or durianrider candida .. dr sebin also has great stuff... im eating only raw fruits and greens drinking lots of water..this morning I had two grapefruits and started feeling sick with head ache then vomited and feel much better now also drinking lots of water taking probiotics and drinkink Colloidal Silver twice a day and putting raw organic coconut oil on rash on groin and taking sauna 15min a day ...im healing right up good luck
