Thank you, Wired. I have tried so many herbal supplements and nothing works anymore. Resorted to taking some of my mom's Ambien. I know I shouldn't, but it's the only thing when I'm desperate to get some sleep so I can function the next day. I know, sleeping pills are not the answer...

I will look into the propanalol. never heard of it, but hopefully I can find it easily..
