No, it is mostly mineral deficiency, coupled with wrongful materials imbibed, just learn which minerals, and when, and what not to ingest. Then there is no pms, no bloating no pain, just flows freely, like nothing. God did not make women because he wanted them to have pain. - or, women did not evolve into having pain for any biologically-necessary reason. Understanding that is the first step. The punishment and pain comes from loss of good leadership and knowledge. Tschuss
