i was hesitating about the boron-thingy but now i m gonna buy (well order it) and take it.

Itchy legs have become better since taking iodoral since November last year. But i had this relapse ..probably coz i did way too much workout and they itched again.

But i guess it cant be bad to take boron as well now knowing that it might be a factor of my itchyness.
