This may as well have been me writing this. I am 28, had mirena put in late sep. after my second baby. It has caused me nothing but horrible problems!!!! I had the same vision problems and symptoms you described plus some. I had it taken out in Dec. and the headaches almost immediately went away. The vision problems remain. The eye pain, still here. Not as fatigued but it's been over a month and it effects my day to day very much. I used to be super mom, and now I can hardly manage to get everything (basic things) done. My MRI is scheduled for tomorrow, and they've been doing a lot of blood work because apparently Mirena can screw with your thyroid. Please, Please feel free to message me anytime. I am sorry that you are feeling these, but I am glad to know that I am not the only one going through this crap. My advice? Get it taken out ASAP!!
