Can anyone tell me

1. if cortisol and adrenaline always elevate together? Or one right behind the other?

2. if your cortisol rises at the wrong time and you knock it down with something that reduces cortisol how does adrenaline respond?

3. Can anyone accurately tell by feel, "Yes, that is adrenaline I'm feeling or, nope, that is what hisgh cortisol feels like."

4. How can one tell how much P Serine or Holy Basil or C or Zinc or Melatonin or a combination to dose for a given level of cortisol without driving it too low and engaging adrenaline which I believe is another relation they have to each other?
