I also got rid of mine and they were horrible.
I used Ecclectic institute intestinal support and then
Artemisia annua chinese Wormwood leaf from Ecclectic institute
I also ate pineapples fresh cut organic.
I practiced dilligent hygiene as well.
Those things we have in common and mine are since gone too :)
