Hi Guys,

Oh noooo! More stuff to ponder.

I craved kombucha non stop around the second year of illness.
I HAD to buy one everyday just to function. Finally I decided to brew my own and made gallons with those huge scobys. Finally the craving subsided and I tossed the process. Weird because as I felt better kombucha sounded unappealing.

Fascinating find! Not sure what it means...BUT interesting.
Some food for thought; kombucha is (if I recall) a common
household drink in Russia that is said to have amazing health
benifits....Hmmm
