ALSO PLEASE START TAKING IONIC MAGNESIUM AND DO Epsom Salt BATHS, BOTH HAVE HELPED ME A LOT. BENZOS AND MOST DRUGS DEPLETE MAGNESIUM IN OUR BODY WHICH IS RESPONSIBLE FOR 300 REACTIONS TO PROMOTE HEALTH. LACK OF MAGNESIUM ALSO CREATES DEPRESSION.
