i take high dose vit D already, could do with reassessing K2 as perhaps not enough from diet.

vitamin A - i've got some drops in 5,000 iu on hand for any viruses, but have never taken it. i worry about an accidental pregnancy, (know people who conceived even with a coil or on the pill).

i'll do more research on the vit A and B balance. wondering if too high oestrogen could be what causes premenstrual nausea too (had this for ages, not after iodine) so could be a big key thanks.
