Hello Grizz,

Ginagirl added far more Science posting to it than I could. My experience was from following similar info that Ginagirl posted, and then anecdotal.

It *definitely* amps up the main characteristics of what we come to know testosterone for.... most definitely felt far more aggressive, and sex drive dialed way up, fast, morning wood.

I did not 'measure' it so I have no Science there. I took a teaspoon to start with but found 1/2 a teaspoon was quite adequate to experience the same things. Once a day in the morning. And it worked on the first couple of days of ingesting it. Experienced these things in the second day of taking a teaspoon day 1, and 1/2 on day 2. In a little water or juice, but got in the habit of just taking 1/2 a teaspoon and holding in n the mouth, letting saliva naturally build up and let its pre-digestion thing work. Didn't feel like it needed to work up to it over days... I felt the outcome very quickly, within minutes to hours beginning on the first day.

(edit: correction, I should say 1/4th of a teaspoon is what I take at a time... even a little less.... it has great efficacy... and also balance it out with some adaptogens like maca, Schizandra, ginko, jiaogulan... and other things... all in extreme moderation and not at the same time. Have found combining organic sulfur with pine pollen is quite excellent).

I'd just monitor one's self as it does make one aggressive. Had to reign myself in when regular answers to questions were short tempered...

Pine pollen in my experience definitely elevates those 'male' things. I was surprised at first, but not now. Me like...
