I took only 100mg of Rhodiola Rosea the other night, and now my heart won't stop beating rapidly! Was hoping the rhodiola would help with sleep, but in fact did the opposite!

Taking stuff to sleep like Olanzapine, 5-HTP, only makes things worse!

Did I mess up my adrenal glands or HPA axis? I think they were already messed up due to my Lyme Disease, high mercury, high copper, previous high stress, etc.

Please help!
