i had a couple of drops of 7%, all the supplements (not boron or ATP factors as i came to Iodine through Stephanie Buist's protocol). i did take vit C at the same time as lugol's, which i've read tonight should not do (sooo many documents and books to read!)....have had 3/ 4 days break now so will make sure to take them apart tomorrow.

i don't have any diagnosed diseases, though perhaps have some kind of chronic fatigue syndrome as i have very low energy and have to pace myself (could also be sleep deprivation with breastfeeding baby)

i've also been freezing since i took the Iodine and stopped, with hot flashes from time to time (not pre-menopausal).

it's as if the Iodine has unleashed a whole pile of stuff. i also had disturbing flashbacks the first night after i took the first dose. no visuals thank God, just physical memories. hard to describe. fear, smells, sensations and panic.
