this is interesting and i think it is low HCL but what causes low HCL? u take 2 teaspoons of lecithin with vegitable juice which is half of a tablespoon and i'm taking 3 so its about 6 times as much.

i'm going to buy some betain HCL and c if that helps but i have a feeling this is the issue.

i can't do a Water Fast and i did a Liver Flush last wensday but it didn't help in this issue. my health situation is to fragile and i have to take my vitamins to support me through the ordeal of benzodiazapine withdrawal. when i don't take my vitamins and suppliments (including lecithin) things go down hill real fast real bad. thus a Water Fast would put me in hell.

i'm going to have to learn about this vagus nerve and more about HCL i'm just so tired now but these links r helpful.

i'm familiar a little bit with john barron so i'l have to read that article when i'm not so exhausted.

i'm also going to have to c my doctor soon and get to the bottom of this.
