I have done an exercise program called T-tapp for the last 7 years, on an off. It is an excellent way to stay fit even when little time to do it. Also great for sluggish thyroids, and all kinds of body pains. (like overstraining)

She has a 15 minutes workout I love. In addition to that I walk a lot, run a little, work way too much:)

Body temperature; I monitored it the first year on iodine, until it was stable at 37 C (98,6 F) -this gave me a good clue of how important an optimal temperature is for the body.
