I'm not sure what my ailment is ... no doctors or tests could properly diagnose my condition. some of my symptoms are related to CFS, Colitis/IBD, leaky gut/dysbiosis. got high intolerance to most food & cold weather. Anyway, the good news is that after 3 yrs of desperate experimenting 'Goat Milk Kifer' i just got from Whole Foods seems to be helping me. i'm quite excited & so extensively researching Kefir. Any recommendation on particular strain/type of Kifer that works well for CFS/ME, Leaky gut, dysbiosis? anyone? Thanks in advance !!
