Hi, and sorry to hear you have been going through all this, if you haven't gotten help yet? I would like to urge you to speak to an herbalist or Chinese medical doctor near you. You are so smart to not take the anti-depressants they will only make things worse. What you need is to have your stool checked and have your tongue examined by a Chinese Doctor.
