I did research, people grinding and clenching their teeth can be caused by parasites. I read that if you have a pet,eat meat or even veges, if you ever walked bare foot outside you have parasite I guess everyone almost has them. The body becomes agitated and you begin you automatically clench or grind. Of course other reasons are stress, pressure from daily life and it can be caused by caffeine too. I had several parasite test came back negative when I did the machine check it would be positive I took FOOD GRADE diametaoues Earth with fresh green black walnut hull tincuture I took the DE for six months totally safe
