Non irradiated Turmeric requires a solvent. Usually FRESHLY cracked black pepper is sufficient. But Coconut Oil, borax and others will do just fine..

If you don't want to or can not use Turmeric in your daily cooking you can use a supplement which contains both Turmeric and Curcumin extract as well as Pipperine from black pepper as a solvent..
