12 YEARS. Yes, i will take a bath every morning and get my lips as wet as i can for about 10 min. Then wipe the dead skin off. There is 365 days in a year, and i will wipe the skin off 365 days a year. The white shit, i get it only on my top lip, and when i do, i just rinse my lips under the running water for 10 to 15 seconds, and wipe it away. I use lip balm, about 5 to 10 times a day. And the one that works the best for me. Its Labello Hydro care. I used this Labello before i got E C, and it's the best one for me. 3 Years ago, i started to use Euthymol Original toothpaste. Its Fluoride free. They stopped making it, but its coming back this year. Now i use Kingfisher Natural toothpaste. I brush after every meal, not at work. Just at home. Some links below.
