Hi there. I don't know if you can help, but for the last month I have been drinking mid stream morning and maybe a second or third dose throughout the day. I realise I plunged myself into it and didn't really build it up gradually. Anyway in the first day or so, I remember feeling quite a lot more energetic and good. Then a couple of weeks ago I came down with a cough and a week ago, once the cough had gone, I started feeling unbelievably tired. Certain other little things that I've had before like elbow rash an swollen toes as well came back. I feel like it may be the 'healing crisis', but if it is then it has come about in a rather delayed fashion. Do you think these things can take quite some time? Today I'm feeling more normal.
