Hi everyone,

I really want to identify this worm. I am on Day 5 of a juice fast and I just added bentonite clay + psyllium husk shakes to my routine. I drank 1 p&b shake two days ago, and then I drank 2 yesterday. Today, I went to the bathroom and SO MUCH was released. I think it was all worms, honestly. Everything seemed like it was stuck together on one huge one. I managed to pull this out.

Any help is appreciated!
