Oh and i wanted to add,

Theres so many supplements out there for adrenal support, that personally i wanted to just take all of them in an attempt to get better ASAP. But my naturopath urged me to just try one at a time, make sure my stomach, and overall system could handle it, and then procceed slowly. He gave me some options to try, i passed on all of them except Solid eleuthero extract (siberian ginseng), Aloe vera juice, and melatonin. Those 3 and whole foods, (yams, brown rice, veggies and grass fed meats) is my current protocol and seems to be working. Its definetely 2 steps forward and 1 back...or sometimes 2 back, but in the long run it is definetely working. Not sure your background spriitually but trusting in God and praying daily (even when faith and hope are low and/or zero), proved helpful for me. Any questions about my journey are welcomed, Hope some of that info helps and hope i didnt ramble too much.
