I experienced a 25 lb weight gain, had hairloss as well as very dry, great pain in joints. Started feeling better and getting benefits of higher Iodine when I increased vit C up to about 7,000mg daily for awhle (something about Iodine symporter defect according to dr brownstien). Plus all of the cosupps and lots of salt pushes. The higher vit c made a big difference for me though.
