Ahh I understand so well Faith, been there... I am actually still skinny right now, my goal is getting at least 15 kilos more... But gotta get inflammation down so I can start eating lots of stuff again.
I will get colostrum soon, you girls have convinced me.
I donīt know what is my opinion on the allergy-craving theory, it wouldnīt make sense that our body craves unhealthy food but in modern times you never know. One thing I know, my body craves HEALTHY food. I have educated it well after all of this years of pain and orthorexia. I cannot drink pasteurized milk or eat white bread, I donīt even like them anymore.
If I can, will get that raw milk again and maybe make kefir or yogurt to make it more digestible.
