When you say high doses, how high are you talking about? How is that decision made--through blood tests, responses to anti-fungal medications, or through the scrapings?
I guess I'm saying how would one know if they need higher doses of antifungals??
Do (or should) an infectious diseases doctor take care of this problem or maybe the Mayo clinic or Cleveland Clinic?
