If a KOH smear comes back negative (after using antifungal mouthwash) yet candida antibody test (IGA antibodies) are high does that mean, the candida is leaving your intestinal mucosal lining and invading your bloodstream?
Would higher doses of Nystatin help the IgA antibodies come down?
