How long does one stay on 100mg Lugol's and what would be the maintenance dose then?
Started 12.5mg about 18 months with bad detox through skin, brain fog, etc.
Past week pushed to 75mg after fluoride detox (chest pressure; difficult breathing) from upped boron. Now battles with extreme weight gain (almost overnight) in lower body which fluctuates, sore hips and legs, numb/tingling toes, sometimes fingers, severe hairloss. Would really appreciate relief from this.
