Glad to hear about your improvements. Finding a good diet and appropriate supplements can have a nice impact on health.

If you have a history of bipolar, be alert for the possible involvement of a swing towards a manic phase.

People with a history of MCS have to be very careful with "cleanses" as do some people with a heavy metal problem. Those people may not get rid of the resulting chemicals as robustly as otherwise healthy people do.
