50mg is problematic. almost everyone here had some trouble with it. its not enough. i am very curious about the kinds of complaints the Iodine docs have gotten. of course they must be ignored and treatment continue, but no mention of this. hhhmmmmm.

50mg of Lugols is the minimum to combat FBD and PCOS. alas, it is not enough in the halogen rich environment we find ourselves in.

100mg is the sweet spot.
