I agree, wired, saying:

If you can eat carbs, you do not have Adrenal Fatigue, so probably best to post in another section.

If you can eat Sugar and fruit, you definitely do not have Adrenal Fatigue, so probably best to post in another section.

This is an opinion and not a fact. Although it does seem like most people with adrenal fatigue do have problems tolerating carbohydrates, doesn't mean it is true in 100% of cases. I still don't feel great when eating carbohydrates they give me digestive discomfort and seem to make many symptoms worse, however my overall energy levels are slowly increasing (although initially I was even more tired and sleeping a lot, I think this was a good thing), my sex drive is slowly returning and even more importantly, my state of mind is improving and I am starting to feel like I am actually a living breathing person again, so I know for a fact that what I am doing is right for me.

That being said, I am not a fan of 80/10/10 but if it helpful to some people, that's great, but some of what wired said I do agree with, a lot of the 811's tend to be really fanatical about this diet and refuse to listen to people with all kinds of negative reactions and just tell them that they 'did it wrong' that's why they got sick. But I'm not accusing you of being this way Raindew, just saying that is the way many 811's are, that is probably why wired is being a bit confrontational to you, because he and some others on CZ do not like the attitude of a lot of 811's that post here. Personally, I have no problem with 811's as long as they are not fanatical. Also keep in mind that this thread is in a debate forum so people will be more confrontational, if you post in Support Forums there will be a bit less of this.
