Yes, Kumargj I used the P & J shakes a couple times early on, seems anything that helps pull this stuff out can be added to you regime :)

Yes, lots of different variations of jelly, string, Rope stages. The Jelly was mostly brown until later on during the cleansing out process. I'm guessing if the samples (in the research link/post) were collected by Gubarev or in Russia there maybe different variations demographically, or depended on diets related to.

There seemed to be no pattern towards the last sweep. When I started the herbal warfare (late in the process) I think it gathered Ropes/stages from the upper and lower intestines. If you notice some of the Ropes I posted went from lighter to darker. Perhaps this is related to where they are rooted/extended through and each unique part of our intestinal atmosphere.
