Hi Chiron, 

Thank you for your post and the advice to do LF. I am eating an apple everyday, not baked though. Never liked baked fruits of any kind. LF is already in the plan. But I may do it next weekend. I also have very dry skin and need to clean my gut. I have been given Nystatin by my doctor, but I am not sure if I should take it because I think it will also kill good bacteria. I drink hot water everyday, all day long anyway, never drink refrigerated stuff and iced drinks. The ginger in my water appeals to me, my sister gave me a jar of dried ginger slice, which will be handy.
