hi thanks very much for your reply! its mch appreciated! yes i am completely off all drugs and have been for a while now.. i unfortunately cant tolerate seeds. i know they have something in them that is a gut irritant that helps their survival eg when animals eat them they good pooped out whole to regrow. cant remember what its called! i try avoid nuta too as they r hard on my poor digestion bit every now and then i have some macadamias, not too many as they are very oily, and some actuvated walnuts i tolerate. i unfortunately used to chow down coconut oil, fllour and roast my own flakes with a little stevia (yum) but at that stage i didnt realise the implrtance of rotation and became allergic. my recent ALCAT allergy tests came back and i had a mild intolerance to coconut, i still however use what i am mildy i tolerant to on this list every now and then, like cook with coconut oil once a week typw thing. my ALCAT test also showed i had a severe intolerance to brewers and bakers yeast, and i know kefir and kombucha both have good yeasts so cut those out too. now i take prescript assist soil based probiotics which are supposed to b amazing. i also have started serrapeptase today so hopig to see some progress from that. unfortunately psyllium really backs me up no matter how mich water i drink. i also have done about 6 coffee enemas and havnt noticed much, but it really messed my bowels up after them i think imaybe they became lazy? yes i do a bout 4-5 warm water enemas after the flush with a little Epsom Salts . i cant tolerate eggs, but i drink alot of bone broth and have l-glutamine. at the moment i am trying to keep things pretty simple and have stopped antifungals as my liver seems so ultra sensative and struggling i dont wamt to put any more pressure on it.. glad you are on ur healing way!! awesome!! cheers :)
