couple of questions:

* how big doses are you taking of the herbs? i know you've written that you go by instinct and megadose -- approx. how much does this usually end up being, in terms of recommended dosage? 2x, 3x? like you, i feel that recommended dosages don't do much of anything at all...

* have you tried hydrogen peroxide? people seem to report good results with lots of different issues using the hydro perox. could for example be added to water/tea/juice or enemas. i know prof. volinsky briefly mentions it in some interview. i have started drinking a little, but haven't noticed any dramatic effects so far.

the coffee enema has been very beneficial for me too.
