I read "litros" as 1 cubic deciliter, or 1000 cubic centimeters or a liter. 2 or 3 liters is 67.6 to 101.4 ounces or 8.4 cups to 12.68 cups. That is a lot of pee. I am doing about 7 cups per day, and it seems like a lot.

All that I can say is that there are those to prefer quality over quantity. This means that one really clear and non-yucky drink in the morning may be worth more than 8 to 12 cups through out the day.
