hi thanks so much for ur reply! i have tried coffee enemas. i have done maybe 6, with a max holding time of about 10minutes was my max. i had a break for a few days and got contipated so stopped then as i think my bowels get lazy. i personally didnt notice much of a difference, maybe if i continued them but i think constipation is more of a problem than not doing an enema
