So funny (but sad) that you called the bathroom your office. I mean, it really is a full time job taking care of ourselves when we are so ill. I have taken many photos as well but have only shown one to my husband and no one else. It is so personal. If I got out some monsters like you, I would probably show them off to everyone that knows what's going on, especially the ones that don't believe me. Would even want to fax photos to some of the doctors I've seen. Ha. But I would never do that, however tempting it was, I wouldn't have the guts.
Your diet sounds very good and is kind of what I'm striving for but it's not easy. I would like my kids to be on that diet too. It is difficult though.
