haha no way, I saw the same episode. It was on yesterday, I went out and bought melatonin already haha. I definitely want to try this out and also make my body more alkaline as well. The toughest thing for me I think is going to be quitting drinking and smoking. pretty addicted to smoking, drinking more just socially but yeah. Thanks for sharing that though longterm.
