lol, that's what I used to think too. I got sucked into the low-carb/Paleo-craze and paid the price. At least for me, excess fat and protein were the real poisons. I eat carbs galore now and over half my health problems went away and no new symptoms. As long as you don't poison your carbs with excess fat, you can carb-up as much as you want.
