its good you are up for a laugh, many on here are too miserable to have a giggle at our plights :) So join in and say some silly things, hopefully the trolls wont beat you down!

CZ is a pain to grasp at the start, took me ages to figure out how i could read the entire thread all at once! but persevere....ah another dysautonomiac, be warned, stay clear of the Liver Flush brigade! Its not for us dysautonomiacs :)
