Saliva test for cortisol, right? Can I test something else? I know serotonin test are not accurate.
Here in Romania (Europe) they don't do any saliva test as far as I know.
Can I figure out the cause in other way?
One night I got sick because of eating something fat and I throw it up (including bile) and after that I drank a bitter tea and I felt that nice feeling of falling asleep naturally I didn't feel in years. My mind became quiet and I was centered in the body not in my head (like in the rest of the time).
Any suggestions?
