Colloidal Silver should be very helpful. I assume you are on a low Sugar and low carb type of diet. The terrain of your body affects your teeth and gum health tremendously as you probably are aware of. High stress can also cause these type of infections to increase. You are doing all the right stuff from what I can see. A zapper might be a helpful device to have as it can help kill blood born infections which helps the teeth as well.
