I was precribed, 500,000 units 4 times a day. After 2 months the Doc upped it to 5 times a day. I took Nystatin for over 3 months....Did not see much progress. After stopping it my symptoms raged back..some call it Nystatin Rebound or could have been too much die-off. My symptoms were really bad 6-7 months ago.

When taking it raise the dosage slowly as you dont want too much die-off. Becuase you will end up worse...thats true of any Anti Fungal.



In my opinion Nystatin only works for some people,
Non-prescription A.Fs like SF722, Olive Leaf extract, Black-Walnut , S. Bouldari, D.E. these products really helped in the long run.
