Its not bananas. You have to see it for yourself.

You would say right away even without the scope it isnt bananas.

The specimen is big enough to view close up with the eye, and just looking at it you see the wormy, slimy appearance and the segmented chains.

I'm open to all ideas, but it is definitely something parasitic.
