Hello everyone! This is my first post and I would like to know if you guys can help me. Im kinda angry to myself because I didn't notice that my vitamin C has citric acid , and I took that for 5 or 6 months, WHILE fighting candida. It's a 1G tablet and I would like to know if that's bad. This is my first post, and I also don't know the quantity of citric acid in the tablet. What do you guys know about citric acid and candida? In small quantities like this, is citric acid ok? PLEASE, help me. Thanks in advance!
