Just letting all know that I had severe insomnia, Post traumatic stress, and no sleeping pills would even help except Halcion. I attended Master Qin's "furnace" seminar and by day 3 was sleeping like a baby. I don't think the DVD is worth it, myself, the seminar is really something to experience, it was worth every penny for more info google QinWay System , Qi Gong
