No wonder BNG remembers him. I had forgotten the details,
I remember checking TruC in the middle of the night when
I was moderating. Can't even remember what he was selling.
Something he would help and would travel to you and you would pay his airfare. Knowing BNG he probably could not deal with the dishonesty.

Edit: It looks it is still going on, even what is just posted here.
